Objective #1: Strong support and planning role in order to assist the Account Director and Account Manager – (Weighting: 25%)
Target: Strong understanding of CM Planner and all other relevant tools, and strengthen planning capabilities across all channels.
Objective #2: Effective negotiation, use of preferred Suppliers to improve on campaign deliverables – (Weighting: 10%)
Target: Performance benchmarks met on client value delivery targets. ITO preferred partners to share periodic targets by client by media owner.
Objective #3: Effective budget management (Weighting: 10%)
Target: Invoices match flowplan / PO amounts – no discrepancies
Objective #4: Digital Capability (Weighting: 20%)
Target: Perfect the digital implementation process
Objective #5: Business Performance / Client Relationship. (Weighting: 10%)
Target: Assist in helping the team manage queries with relevant parties internal and client and to achieve 70%+ PRIP Scores with clients.
Objective #6: Awards and Perception (Weighting: 10%)
Target: Enter 1-3 Awards per annual per portfolio. Contribution to MOST Awards.
